Name, Surname, Country/Region, Address, Postal Code, City, District, Telephone, Email, Delivery Address (if different from the billing address), Postal Code, District and Product, TIN/NIPC.
If payment is made by MB Way and the telephone used for this is different from the one provided for the delivery of the order, we will treat this number.
If payment is made by debit card or credit card, we will process your card details.
All these personal data are mandatory and, in case of lack or insufficiency of these data, it will not be possible to finalize your purchase and/or proceed with the issuance of the invoice. In these cases, you will be duly informed of the obligation of these data to continue the process.

WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS THE BASIS OF THE TREATMENT?
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Manage your orders and provide our services
When you place an order, we use your personal data to carry out the order. To, for example, customize bottle labels and deliver them to your home.
Communicate and manage our relationship with you
Occasionally, we may contact you by email and/or SMS for administrative or operational reasons. We may do this to, for example, send you confirmation of your order and your payments, to inform you of the status of your order.
As these communications are of an operational nature and are not for marketing purposes, you will continue to receive them even if you have chosen not to receive marketing communications.
We will also use your personal data to respond to your requests, suggestions or contacts and, of course, to improve our services and your experience as a Customer.
Personal data may also be processed for the purpose of billing the products you purchased through our website. In this context, the basis for processing is the execution of the contract to which it is a party.

High Tasters can send you marketing communications, dissemination of our products, as well as newsletters, if you have indicated that you want them. The legal basis for this treatment is your consent. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, as described in the section “What are the Rights of Data Subjects?”.
These communications can be made through any communication channel, namely through email messages, SMS, MMS or push notifications (if you have activated this option in the settings of your mobile device).

The Senior Tasters assume that the data collected was entered by the respective holder and/or that its insertion was authorized by the same, being the same true, current and accurate.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data collected are processed in strict compliance with the applicable legislation, being stored in databases created for this purpose.
The retention period varies according to the purpose for which the information is used.
Personal data for fulfillment and execution of the purchase and sale contract/order processing are processed for the time necessary to manage your orders/purchases, including complaints or claims associated with the purchase of the particular product.
Personal data collected for billing purposes will be kept for a period of 10 years.
In the context of sending direct marketing communications, data will be retained for as long as you are interested in receiving such communications or do not withdraw your consent.
We note that all these deadlines can be extended for the duration of any legal proceeding and up to 6 months after the final judgment of the respective sentence.
WHAT ARE THE DATA HOLDERS' RIGHTS?
Under applicable law, you may exercise the following rights:
Right of Access, means that you have the right to confirm whether or not your personal data are being processed, as well as the right to access your personal data and certain information. Furthermore, you have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data being processed. Should you request additional copies of this data, the High Tasters reserve the right to apply a reasonable fee taking administrative costs into account;
Right of Rectification, means that you have the right to obtain from the High Testers the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, as well as the right to have your incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional declaration;
Right to Erasure, means that you have the right to request the erasure of your data in certain cases, namely, but not limited to, personal data that are no longer necessary for the purpose that motivated their collection or processing, in which you withdraw your consent on which data processing is based, among others; and
Right of Data Portability, means that in certain cases you can request the personal data that concern you and that you have provided to the Senior Testers, in a structured format, commonly used and automatically read, and the right to transmit this data to another person responsible for the treatment.
These rights may be exercised directly by written request addressed to the High Provers to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data whose consent constitutes the basis for the legitimacy of the respective processing. For this purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not, however, invalidate the processing carried out up to that date on the basis of the consent previously given.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you are entitled to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (“CNPD”) or other competent supervisory authority, namely in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or in the country where the violation of the legal regime occurred, pursuant to article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE ADOPTED?
The Senior Prosecutors are committed to ensuring the confidentiality, protection and security of their users' personal data, through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect their data against any form of undue or illegitimate treatment and against any accidental loss or destruction of these Dice.
For this purpose, the Senior Testers keep in operation all the technical means at their disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction and misappropriation of personal data provided or transmitted, pledging to respect the legislation on the protection of users' personal data and to treat these data only for the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to ensure that these data are treated with adequate levels of security and confidentiality.
WHEN DO WE COMMUNICATE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
Senior Tasters may use other entities to provide certain services, namely, services of a commercial nature, such as the execution of orders, assistance with promotional campaigns, the provision of technical services, among others. Eventually, this provision of services may imply access, by these entities, to the personal data of their users.
Thus, any entity subcontracting the High Tasters will process the personal data of our users, in the name and on behalf of the High Tasters, under the strict obligation to follow our instructions. The Senior Prosecutors ensure that such subcontracting entities offer sufficient guarantees for the execution of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of applicable law and ensures the security and protection of the rights of data subjects, under the terms of the subcontracting agreement entered into with these subcontractors.
In certain situations, the personal data of Users may also be transmitted to third parties, when such data communications are necessary or appropriate (i) in light of applicable law, (ii) in compliance with legal obligations/judicial orders, (iii) by determination of the CNPD or other competent supervisory authority, (iv) to respond to requests from public or governmental authorities; (v) or when you have given us your consent.
In any of the situations mentioned above, the Senior Prosecutors undertake to take all reasonable measures to ensure the effective protection of the personal data they process.
